Hello!
I think the clue you're looking for about dimensions comes from what DCRM(G) says earlier about statement of exent:
5B4.2. Multiple images on one support. If more than one discrete image is on a single support, indicate this immediately following the specific material designation...
You have separate plate marks on the sheet, therefore you have:
300 ## $a 2 prints on 1 sheet :
>From there, the $c you in your first option follows naturally.
If they're not intaglio prints (no plate mark), you might opt to call them "2 images on 1 sheet" because "2 prints" implies separate matrices, and you might not be sure of that.
Best wishes,
Erin

Subject: [DCRM-L] Dimensions of multiple images on one Support
Hello all!
I would like to tap into the collective wisdom of the graphic materials people :)
When describing multiple images printed on one support, which is the best practice for providing the dimensions of the document.
Should I :
1. Record the dimensions of the images and the dimensions of the sheet in 300 $c
Ex : 300 ## $a1 print :$bengravings, black ink, on white laid paper ;$cprintmarks 15 x 15 cm and 20 x 15 cm, on sheet 25 x 38 cm
OR
1. Record the dimensions of the sheet in 300 $c and the size of the images in a 500 note
Ex.: 300 ## $a1 print :$bengravings, black ink, on white laid paper ;$csheet 25 x 38 cm
500 ## $aPrintmarks : 15 x 15 cm and 20 x 15 cm
Personally, I am leaning towards the first solution, but I would prefer to have your feedback before formalizing it in our cataloguing policies.
As always, I am grateful for your kind support and wish you all a great day!
