[DCRM-L] Fore-edge painting

Hello,
I also get excited by fore-edge paintings on rare books. It is my
understanding, though I am still kind of a newbie in regards to rare book
cataloging, that some of the copies may not have the painting. So the
catalogers who used that record may have copies without painting. If this
is the case, then you should put that aspect in a local note. I could be
wrong though. Good luck!
