Hi Libby,
I've only contributed special collections records in Alma IZ environments,
but you may get some helpful feedback from the ELUNA/IGeLU Special
Collections email list for Alma users. Signup info is here:

It doesn't get much traffic, but there have been recent discussions on how
to handle bound-withs in Alma (I believe they mentioned working at a
network zone institution).
