[DCRM-L] WorldCat Validation Installation, 21 March 2025

On 21 March 2025, OCLC installed changes to WorldCat Validation.



The following issues have now been resolved:



  *   Removed duplicate value check for subfield $0
  *   Resolved error messages related to the presence of hyphens in field 007.
