Subject: [DCRM-L] Bib Standards meetup at RBMS conference

Hi all,

For those of you planning to attend this year's Rare Books & Manuscripts Section conference in Milwaukee next week, the RBMS Bibliographic Standards Committee is holding an informal gathering the afternoon of Wednesday, June 24. We'll meet in the lobby around 2:45pm and folks can trickle in and out as their conference schedules allow, and since it will roughly coincide with the beverage break in the booksellers' showcase, please feel free to bring any drinks or snacks with you. Sessions will start up again at 4pm, so we'll play it by ear and wrap up whenever the time feels right.

This is intended for anyone involved or interested in special collections cataloging - you don't have to be a BSC member! It's a chance for us to socialize and connect in person. Feel free to spread the word to anyone who might be interested - we look forward to seeing you there!
