Recommendations:

Replace minor DCRB changes with the AACR2 language. 

Add AACR2 language about the "relevant rules" for material specific details
area, etc. The exact wording will depend on the final format of DCRM.

Add to DCRB the same list of interpolations to be given in the language of
the cataloging agency as are in AACR2. (Revise 1G9 to reflect this.)

Change DCRB "English-only" rule to "Language of the cataloging agency."
