DCRM(S)

With the addition of Judy Kuhagen's comments, I think Juliet and I will
make changes to DCRM(S), trying to incorporate comments and suggestions
from everyone.  By the end of next week, there will be a revised DCRM(S) on
the web.  I will start making changes tomorrow and Juliet and I will make
more Tuesday and Wednesday.  When we have revised draft is done, I will
send another email to the list.
