[DCRB-L] WG3 (Machine-Press Books)

Here is a draft document for Working Group 3 (Machine Press Books). It 
should be enough to get us started anyway! A "Background Reading" section 
has been appended. Gaskell is probably a good place to start. I will be 
rereading many of these things in the months to come myself, as it has been 
a number of years since I read them initially. Please don't hesitate to 
mention other sources that you think would be useful.
