Dear colleagues,

Drafts for DCRM(B) areas 0-4 are posted. These are the texts forming the basis for our conference discussions, but list discussion need not wait, and is welcome at any time.  

These are the alpha.1 versions, which we know are rough and use inconsistent language &c. &c. Revised versions of the other areas will be coming up this week.
