Chris and Elizabeth already pointed out formatting needed for the lists 
in E1.2., E1.3., and E2.2.

Other comments:

Page 171, E2.3.
If you want more precision in directing catalogers to the exact rule, 
the "see" statement would read:
(see rules 2B3.2., 2B4.2., 2D3, 4G).

If so, then this would also be the case for a "see" statement in the 
Introduction: page 21, 9.1.4. would read:
(see 2B3.2., 2B4.2., 2D3, 4G)
