[DCRM-L] Relator terms

The Special Collections catalogers in the Humanities & Social Sciences
Library at NYPL have used relator terms, both for personal and corporate
names, in both OCLC and RLIN. However, now that  Research Libraries and the
Branch Libraries will be merging their catalogs, we've received a new
directive to use relator codes only.
