In cataloging something recently I referred to 1D3 and was wondering if 
we needed an example to illustrate the last sentence, "If the statement 
appears following the statement of responsibility, punctuate it as a 
subsequent statement of responsibility." The two current examples refer 
to the first part of the rule only.
