missing your point. 
	3. 0G6.5.: Include reference to 4B5 as well?[DJL]  Yes; added
	4. On p. 40. Tighten formatting so example for 0G10.3 does not
need its own
	page?[DJL]  I'll consult with the other editors

	Also, on p. 152: it looks like the 4xx in "4xx fields: Series
statements"
	is not bold.[DJL] Fixed
