      1. Suggest reformatting pages 26-27 so that the list of prescribed
      sources


      of information (0D) is not broken up over two pages[DJL]  I’ll
      consult with the other editors


      2. 0F1.2.: Reference to 4B4 correct?[DJL] Sorry Nina, I’m missing
      your point.


      3. 0G6.5.: Include reference to 4B5 as well?[DJL]  Yes; added


      4. On p. 40. Tighten formatting so example for 0G10.3 does not need
      its own


      page?[DJL]  I’ll consult with the other editors


      Also, on p. 152: it looks like the 4xx in "4xx fields: Series
      statements"
