No, you won't get the 510s exclusively - unless the citation is so
unique no other note fields contain the same word(s). 
 
You can either ask your local service provider if there is one or
contact OCLC at: http://www.oclc.org/support/default.htm Maybe if enough
people contact them, OCLC will add it to their next revision.

Based on some test searches I've conducted this morning, I'd have to
agree.
All my results contained the search term in a 500 and 510. Not one of
the
records I retrieved contained the search term in 510 exclusively. Does
anybody on the list have an OCLC contact that could confirm this?
