[DCRM-L] More DCRM(M) docs posted to Web

Hi, everyone,

The other documents that I promised would be posted today to the DCRM(M)
site have now been posted.  These include "Questions/Topics" to be
covered at the hearing and another giving the intent and status
("Overview") of Version 4.  These two documents are linked from the
DCRM(M) "opening page".  Furthermore, the wording in the DCRM(M)
"opening page" itself has been somewhat changed, as well as the wording
of the "Working Introduction".  So all of this should now be ready for
the meeting                                     --Jain
