[DCRM-L] Update on DCRM(G), i.e. Graphic Materials 2nd ed.

This is just to let people know that we've recently added more notes to the DCRM(G) wiki at http://dcrmg.pbwiki.com, so please have a look if you want to see where things are with the project.

In particular, the section-by-section comparison of DCRM(B) and Graphic Materials now goes through Area 5 of DCRM(B), and there is a new page for collecting examples (so far only three examples are posted, but it's nice to start getting them all in one place).
