Wrapper = wrappers in the increasing number of systems that root-based fuzzy-ish matching in response to queries.

1) So that the cataloger doesn't have to think about it

2) It does affect access: wrapper ¹ wrappers in keyword searches

Why and how does it matter? What does the choice do to make things more or 

less accessible?

 

I would probably assign wrappers but I would search for wrapper. 

Wrappers seems to be more commonly used while wrapper will, in many 

systems, return both wrapper and wrappers.
