[DCRM-L] Non-LC classification

Reminds me of a rejoinder to an 18th cent. treatise which I once pulled for a reader because it was sitting amongst titles he had requested--he'd never heard of it and wouldn't have known to ask/search for it.  The reader was pleased and delighted.  We limit these opportunities when we abandon shelving by call number.
