[DCRM-L] DPC: Make a note indicating information is fictitious or incorrect even if correction cannot be supplied (4A4, etc.)

The existing wording on "Fictitious or incorrect information" in Area 4
says to supply correct details if they're known or can be reasonably
surmised, and to note the source of the correction. However, it doesn't
say what to do if the information is known to be fictitious or incorrect
but the real details are NOT known. The slight re-wording below attempts
to clarify that if information transcribed is known to be fictitious or
incorrect, you need to say so in a note. See
http://connect.ala.org/node/130154 for the same text with deletions and
insertions marked.

4A4. Fictitious or incorrect information

If all information relating to the publication, distribution, etc., area
appearing in the publication is known to be fictitious or incorrect,
transcribe it nonetheless and make an explanatory note. If the real
details are known, or can be reasonably surmised, supply them at the end
of the area as a correction in square brackets. Include the source of
this information in the note. If some but not all of the information is
known to be fictitious or incorrect, apply the appropriate rule (see
4B9, 4C5, 4D2.3 [in DCRM(S)] / 4D2.4 [in DCRM(B)]).

A similar change would have to be made for 4B9, 4C5, and 4D2.3 / 4D2.4.

What do you think?

Thanks,

   EB.
