[DCRM-L] DPC: minor wording change to 7A1.1 for clarity

I don't see the confusion here.  Could someone please point it out to me? 
The sentence is awkward, but our task will never be finished if we start
changing the rules on the basis of style. Of the re-phrasings through
Manon's, I prefer the first and shortest the best.
