[DCRM-L] capitalization of religious titles

I saw that Deborah, but so few records seem to actually apply this rule
that it somehow feels
wrong to capitalize these words, even with "Pastor" actually used in the
example! It is also inconsistent
with how other titles are capitalized, which adds to the reluctance to
apply it.
