[DCRM-L] High importance

I also will be sending these high importance-my apologies to those for
whom DCRM(B) isn't the most important thing in their world. Did I
mention that LC didn't inform us that their stock of DCRM(B) was zero
before they informed us of the fact. We would like to get a new PDF to
them by the end of October, which needs to include a comparison review
of the final pdf.
