Does this example exemplify an alternative title, and should the "seu"
therefore be surrounded by commas and "legatine" be capitalized? (Note
that the example is slightly altered from B2; the form below has been
corrected by comparison per the DCRM Editorial Guidelines.)
1D5. Other title information with grammatically inseparable elements
If the other title information includes a statement of responsibility or
an element belonging to another area, and the element is a grammatically
inseparable part of the other title information according to one or more
of the conditions enumerated in 1B1.1, transcribe it as other title
information.
Constitutiones legitime seu legatine regionis Anglicane : cu[m]
subtilissima interpretatione d[omi]ni Johannis de Athon

information because of genitive case ending)
