[DCRM-L] Panels, or, Folded sheets intended to be used unfolded

A question came up very early after the publication of DCRM(B)--by Todd
Fell, I believe, at the ephemera workshop at the Beinecke--about the
conceptual problem of sheets issued folded but intended to be used
unfolded. It affects 5B14 (single-sheet publications) and the glossary
entry for Panel.
I agree that it needs to be reconsidered, but don't want to open this
can of worms for this revised printing. It's worth mentioning, because
that issue is on some people's radar. If current DCRM editorial teams
want to take it on, be my guest; it just won't make it into B3. C?
