One page, I think. But the question is whether to use "1 sheet ([1] p.)"
or just "[1] p."

Subject: [DCRM-L] Single Sheet with Two or More Works.
Item in hand is a single sheet publication with two works (one on each
side) lacking a collective title, and it is impossible to determine
which side should be read first. According to 1G7 one is instructed to
make a separate bibliographic record for each side of the sheet and
include a formal "With on verso" note in each record. Fine.
But what is one to enter in the extent element in the physical
description field of each record? One page or two?
Thanks in advance.
Will
