Ted,

In addition to the report that Francis has noted, you might also want
to look at OCLC's RDA Policy Statement
<https://www.oclc.org/rda/new-policy.en.html> and the PCC RDA FAQ
<http://www.loc.gov/aba/pcc/rda/PCC-RDA-FAQ%20Update%2020130401.doc>.
Both of these documents emphasize that the 33X fields may be used to
enhance AACR2 records.
