[DCRM-L] New location for DCRM Editorial Guidelines and Errata page

ACRL is pulling the plug on its wiki, so if anyone needs them, the DCRM Editorial Guidelines and Errata can now be found in their new home at http://dcrmedits.pbworks.com/. The site is intended for DCRM editors and the DCRM Steering Group to keep track of policy, known typos, and corrections needed to existing and forthcoming manuals.
