Fun question. "Bibliographic record" ("bib record" for short) has been my preference in the MARC era, in reference to the content of my OPAC; "catalog record" hearkens back to the 3 x 5 entry in card catalog days, and "cataloging record" applies to accounts of my work as a cataloger.

'Cataloging record' or 'Catalog record'?
