[DCRM-L] Signature statement help

Thank you, Richard, for the clarification of inserts. I liked the Bowers
example, but wasn't sure if it applied to my book. I'm glad to know that it
does.

And, I do, indeed, know what "p." means -- Just like I know what "i.e.",
"e.g.", "ca." and "sic" mean!
