Please find the 2015 Midwinter Meeting room locations attached.  We have really tried to honor any location requests however due to the limited amount of meeting space in Chicago, not all requests were possible.  In a few instances we may have had to change your meeting set in order to accommodate your meeting.

REMINDER: Speakers and members are prohibited from making room set changes in the Convention Center and all hotels.  We set the rooms to accommodate ALL groups and not only one group.  Any fees to reset a room will be charged to the sponsoring group should this occur.

Below is the list of convention center/hotel abbreviations:

MCP – McCormick Place West
BLACK – Renaissance Blackstone
FAIR – Fairmont Chicago
HIL – Hilton Chicago
HRM – Hyatt Regency McCormick
HYATT – Hyatt Regency Chicago *
SHER – Sheraton Chicago
SWISS – Swissotel Chicago

*Headquarters Hotel
