In case anyone else notices, and is wondering if this has been reported to the Standard Citation Forms group, it has: the new citation form for "Mortimer, R. French 16th cent." and "Mortimer, R. Italian 16th cent." needs disambiguation. The new citation form, Harvard College Library. Catalogue of books and manuscripts<http://rbms.info/scf/?post_type=scf_entries&p=1200>, missed the fact that the numbering starts over again for the Italian part.
(With thanks to Ron Bogdan for noticing, and thanks to the Standard Citation Forms folks for making it so easy to "Contact us" from the website).
