"Removing "university presses" as part of the definition of Government
Publication in the Books, Computer Files, Continuing Resources, Maps, and
Visual Materials Bibliographic 008/28 and 006/11 (GPub) elements."

Hallelujah!  I never felt that coding university press publications as
government documents made sense.
