[DCRM-L] Pagination in statement of extent of multiple-volume resources

I don't see a contradiction either. The 2nd examples all seem fine to me.
The DCRM(B) rule + examples were a carryover from DCRB.

Of course, the DCRM2 group can change the rule ...
