[DCRM-L] Transcription of imprint with publisher and printer

A question that doesn't seem to be addressed in the rare materials
notes of *PCC
RDA BIBCO Standard Record (BSR)*
*Metadata Application Profile*: Being inclined to the most direct possible
transcription, should I nevertheless parcel out the information in the
imprint of E. Acharius, *Methodus qua omnes detectos lichenes* (1803)

https://archive.org/details/methodusquaomne00achagoog

into separate 264 b1 and 264 b3, with a bracketed place name in the latter?
I'll still feel constrained to note the transposition/fragmentation. If the
printer were definitely subordinated on the title page or in a colophon, of
course I'd use the two fields, but here he's equally weighted, so to speak,
and I'm influenced by our old practice of keeping the whole thing together
in such cases as 260 with two b subfields.

Thanks -
