[DCRM-L] Need help IDing edition of The life of Richard Turpin

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone can help me ID what edition of The life of Richard
Turpin I'm working with. I am missing all before p. [3], including the
t.p. "The life of Richard Turpin" is the caption title on p. [3]. It is
also the running title throughout.
What I have: 
1] (i.e.unnumbered p. 3), 4-38 p. 
A-C^6 (p. [3] signed A), wove paper
17 cm, but the top margin is closely cropped, cutting into caption &
running titles, and page #s
Printer statement at end of p. 38: Swinborne and Walter, printers,
Colchester 
I can't seem to find any matches.
