[DCRM-L] Color content as attribute of expression

Hi John,

FRBR 4.4.30 treats image color as a manifestation-level attribute. In RDA, color content is an expression-level attribute (7.17). We're curious as to the background of this change between FRBR and RDA. Can you direct us to any background information or discussions?
