[DCRM-L] looking for term for printing error not listed in RBMS printing & publishing terms

By "Signatures R3 and R4" do you mean the inner sheet that consists of
leaves R3.4.5.6?

Anyway, the closest thing I find in rbpri is "Perfecting errors", which
this surely is. It requires a bit of explanation, but you've got two
sheets, each of which was inadvertently not perfected because the other was
somehow stuck to it (leaving the binder to pull them apart).
