[DCRM-L] Royal coat of arms reference

Thanks, Deborah!  It does appear to be similar to the McKerrow -- the
entries consist of reproductions of the devices, etc., and then a list of
printers and dates of use.  There is no mention of individual works.

I will expand the existing citation within the 500 note for the coat of
arms.
