DCRM-L subscribers may be interested in a discussion paper on the agenda for the MARC Advisory Committee, on June 26:

http://www.loc.gov/marc/mac/2016/2016-dp24.html

The changes intend to clarify whether transcribed fields in a record include ISBD punctuation (including end-of-field punctuation) and/or punctuation transcribed from the source.

The attached document shows the results of the changes proposed.
