LC's Catalogers Learning Workshop (CLW) <http://www.loc.gov/catworkshop/> has
a NACO Training
<http://www.loc.gov/catworkshop/courses/naco-RDA/index.html> page,
which also includes contact information for beginning the process of
becoming a NACO library.
