[DCRM-L] dcrmmss now available as a description convention in OCLC

For those of you who have been patiently waiting, I'm happy to report that the RBMS Bibliographic Standards Committee's Descriptive Cataloging of Rare Materials (Manuscripts) "dcrmmss" code is now available to use in MARC field 040 subfield $e. For more information, please see:
