The Thesaurus of Ephemera Terms includes numerous terms absent from other thesauri. It is primarily available as a PDF: http://blogs.reading.ac.uk/typography-at-reading/files/2014/07/Ephemera-Thesaurus.pdf.

Would others find it useful to have a source code for it (added here: http://www.loc.gov/standards/sourcelist/genre-form.html)?
