in our library we use an internal document with 'translations' for this type of information, and would interpret your example >>2 3 4 5    041    9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1<< as: 
publication date ends in 2 [tallies with your 1982]
printing: 1st

I found this English term: Printer's key, more extensive information here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Printer%27s_key
there may of course be other terms in use and sources of information elsewhere.
