[DCRM-L] sequence consisting of a single misleadingly numbered page

Thank you Deborah and Richard,
I was also considering: 18, viii [i.e. vi] pages. Plus a 500 note: five
unnumbered pages and a page numbered "viii" follow page 18. What do you
think?
