[DCRM-L] Leader 008: Gov't Pub. (Melissa Harris)

Thank you. I didn't mean to oversimplify, but I am in the midst of
cataloging several large volume collections and they seem to all be
generated, or at least produced, as a function of the government. Such as
Descriptions Des Arts Metiers and Description de L'Egypte. I was just not
sure if I should consider these types of records "government publications"
or not.
