[DCRM-L] multivolume sets with signatures

I concur with Allison's method. At the Bancroft Library, we do the same
thing with multi-volume sets: two separate 500 notes, prefaced by
"Pagination" and "Signatures", respectively.

Ah, how I miss doing collation ... no opportunities for that from home
(sigh).
