[DCRM-L] multivolume sets with signatures

It gets klunky and long no matter what. But it’s what we do, eh?

We separate our separate volume / part notes with semi colons instead of
double dashes. The JCB has always had two separate notes for pagination and
signatures when describing a multipart entity.

Have fun,
Allison
