[DCRM-L] OCLC Connexion / WorldCat indexing of MARC 510 field

Adding another use case: as the holder of the world's largest collection of
Sherlock Holmes related materials, our users regularly cite and search by
"De Waal number" (i.e. The Universal Sherlock Holmes bibliography by Robert
De Waal). Being able to target the search to a specific field helps avoid
wading through false hits based on general keyword search only.
