[DCRM-L] OCLC Connexion / WorldCat indexing of MARC 510 field

Hi Francis,

Indexing the 510 in OCLC is definitely something for Bib Standards
to pursue. It will be on the agenda for the next BSC meeting (the date and
time will be announced soon), and we can determine what concrete steps to
take.
